With over 5000m² of covered factory floor, an outdoor storage area of 8000m² and a complete range of steel working tools and machines, VALIS has a production capacity of around 100 metric tons of steel transformation per month for any kind of structure, and is therefore able to fulfill even the tightest delivery deadlines.
The factory is equipped with advanced machinery to facilitate efficient prototyping and production of a wide range of metal structures. This includes a laser cutting machine capable of processing high thicknesses steel, a CNC saw for long beams, welding machines and all the necessary steelworking equipment. To handle the diverse materials and components involved in these processes, the factory is equipped with overhead cranes, a jib crane and a certified container scale for managing all types of loads. Our logistics area is equipped with a 4 metric Ton crane specifically for the loading and unloading of trucks and containers.
Quality is assured through VALIS’s certified production quality management system (VIPS), which assists its CAM manufacturing and quality assurance processes. This system ensures all manufactured products meet the highest standards and comply with ISO 9001 and EN 1090 standards. The manufacturing procedures adhere to the requirements of execution classes EXC2 and EXC3, according to customer needs. This comprehensive approach, combined with our large production capacity, enables efficient execution of both light and large-scale orders with a high degree of responsiveness.
The company’s expertise extends to various applications, including metal formwork for concrete, scaffolding and support structures, and OEM for the construction sector.
